Chukar Hunting Seasons:

Archery Season:
The third Saturday in August extending for 21 consecutive days (Aug 15 - Sep 4) and during the general season.

General Season:
The third Saturday in October through the last Sunday in January (Oct 17 - Jan 31).
Daily Bag Limit:
Daily bag limit is 6 chukar.

Possession Limit:
Double the daily bag limit (12 chukar).

Shoot Time:
One half hour before sunrise to sunset.

Chukar Hunting:
To hunt chukar, you must possess a valid California hunting license and an upland game bird stamp. Hunters under the age of 12 may hunt if they have taken and passed a hunter safety course and possess a valid California hunting license.		 Primos Magnum Chukar Call
